Goodness Grief is open to anyone who has experienced grief in any form. Grief looks different for everyone. No loss or life change is ever “too small,” and you never have to justify how you feel. Whether it’s bereavement, heartbreak, major change, trauma, or something you’re still trying to name, you are welcome here.
Goodness Grief offers a warm, safe, and judgement‑free space where you can simply be yourself.
